Jonathan M. Jackson, DMD
Dr. Jonathan M. Jackson has been a pediatric dentist since 1998. He received his dental degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1996. He went on to complete a Pediatric Dentistry Residency at the Medical College of Virginia in 1998.
Dr. Jackson is the Executive Director and past President of the Georgia Academy of Pediatric Dentistry as well as the past President and Executive Director of the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Hinman Dental Society, ADA and GDA. Dr. Jackson was most recently inducted into the American College of Dentists as a new Fellow on October 19, 2017. The College is recognized by its peers as the "conscience of dentistry" and is comprised of a membership based on contributions to organized dentistry, oral health care, dental research, dental education, the profession, and society.
Dr. Jackson gives back to the community by supporting local public and private schools with sponsorship for extra-curricular activity programs, sports and academic programs, visiting schools for educational sessions, working for several years as a volunteer at Fleetwood Dance Theater's Annual Nutcracker productions and treating many local children at a reduced cost when their families cannot afford dental care. Dr. Jackson is also proud to give to our community through Children's Restoration Network, Crohns and Colitis Foundation, Emily's Trick or Treat for a Cure, NFCC, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Dyslexia Dash, Camp Kesem, and other programs dear to the hearts of our patients.
In his spare time, Dr. Jackson enjoys spending time with his wife, his two daughters, his pup and his extended family and friends. He is an avid golfer, a fan of hockey and KSU sports, enjoys all things Disney and loves to cook for his family. Dr. Jackson and his well-trained team work together, striving to provide their patients with the highest quality dental care.
