Drs. Rosenthal and Jackson are supported by a friendly and highly trained staff that has a “kid’s first” attitude in giving personal attention to our patients and their parents. Our clinical team is comprised of Registered Dental Hygienists, Registered and Certified Dental Assistants and Certified Orthodontic Technicians. To stay abreast of the very latest techniques and procedures, our team participates in pediatric dental meetings related to all aspects of dental care for children. We want every aspect of your experience with us to be as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and we strive to keep on schedule. We understand how busy you and your family are and that is why we utilize appointment reminder calls, reminder emails and texts, as well as recall cards to inform you of an upcoming appointment. At Pediatric Dental Specialists of Atlanta, our desire is to make your child’s dental experience as fun and stress-free as possible.
Payment Options
Drs. Rosenthal and Jackson believe that quality dental care for children should be affordable for every family! For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We offer a monthly payment plan for orthodontic treatment, and also offer a discount for full payment of orthodontic cases at the start of treatment. Our financial team is always available to answer any questions you may have.
Insurance
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. Please ask a member of our staff and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our accounts manager prior to receiving service. Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
