Regular business hours: OPEN Monday though Thursday. CLOSED Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Our office will be closed on Monday, 9/25/23 and reopening on Tuesday, 9/26/23. All calls, texts and emails will be returned 9/26/23.

When a toddler old takes a spill over a holiday weekend, and during these times, Dr. Jackson responded very quickly and continued to check in until we could get in after the weekend. When we had a loose wire, they explained in detail over the phone how to take care of it at home. It was so nice that they were thinking of all of their patients during this time! When it was time for us to visit the office in person again, I was very happy with the safety protocols in place. The pre-screening questions, temperature check, masks and PPE, pick-up and drop-off all outside assured me that both of my daughters were safe in their care. "We had the best experience with Pediatric Dental Specialists of Atlanta this summer! Dr. Jackson and his staff did all they could to ensure the safety of my kids. I was pleased that my three kids were the only kids in the office, which had been cleaned prior to their arrival. Someone arrived in full PPE at my car to take each kid’s temperature and screen them for any possible covid symptoms. She then took them in (and I “sadly” couldn’t go in, i.e. I had 45 minutes to myself J !) Once they were done, I got a call from Shawn. She walked me through anything I needed to know, and took my payment over the phone. Then she put Dr. Jackson on the phone, who told me all about my kids’ current situations including next steps. In this time of uncertainty, I felt very safe taking my kids to their very important routine dental appointments."

Unfortunately two of three have aged out of Pediatric Dental Specialists of Atlanta.
